77 Charlton is a residential property in Manhattan’s West Soho neighborhood with 161 units in two fifteen-story towers.
As is common with urban construction projects, there was no storage on site.
Encore Group stored supplies at our own facility, so that they could be shipped as needed to the electrical contractor.
Complications on many aspects of the project led to early budgetary problems.
Encore changed the fixture schedule and worked closely with the owner and designer to bring the project back within budget, staying on site to solve day-to-day issues quickly. This was Encore’s first project with Toll Brothers. Our hands-on approach ensured that it would not be the last.
