Joe is a third generation member of the IBEW. A native of Northern New Jersey, he relocated to Las Vegas where he supervised ground-up electrical installations for major construction projects including the Bellagio, Venetian and Wynn Hotels.
Upon his return to the east coast, he tapped his vast knowledge of the construction industry to segue into a sales career within the lighting industry. He quickly built a reputation for his passion and integrity.
Joe is a true problem solver and takes great pride in his ability to genuinely listen to his clients and bring their vision to light. He continuously strives to build long-term relationships though trust and open communication.
Now as the President of Encore Group, Joe will combine his fervor for serving clients with his resourcefulness in getting the client exactly what they desire while delivering seamless execution.
In his spare time, Joe enjoys the hunt of finding the ultimate fine dining experience in whatever city he finds himself, golf, skiing and life with his three beautiful children.
Director of Operations
Nicole has worked for over 15 years in the construction industry, specializing in the procurement of lighting and switchgear packages for both the commercial and residential sectors.
Throughout her career, her knowledge of Business Development, Management, Marketing, Sales, and Quality Assurance have allowed her to build excellent relationships with both clients and colleagues.
When not working with the team at Encore, Nicole enjoys spending time with her four children and their growing families, teaching yoga, and singing with a local band.
Julianna’s communications skills and keen understanding of the industry have served her clients well over her seven years in the business.
Julianna is an expert in guiding her clients toward opportunities that will help them reach short-and-long term strategic and tactical goals.
She skillfully assists her customers within the Commercial Industry to select the appropriate solutions in order to power, network and secure their facilities with speed, intelligence and efficiency while reducing total cost of building ownership.
While understanding the importance and value of decreasing the overall energy footprint, Julianna’s true passion is enhancing the customer’s reputation and brand through the process.
Julianna is a graduate of The Penn State University. In her free time, she enjoys exercise and spending time with her large family, especially her five nieces and nephews.
PAUL FERGUSON, RA
Paul is a registered architect with 12 years of experience in multifamily mixed-use architectural design and construction. His diverse experience in architecture and construction make him a unique talent in today’s ever-changing industry.
As Project Architect he was simultaneously involved with a multitude of developments spanning New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. He was also acting Construction Administrator for various mixed-use projects including commercial, residential, and core + shell fit-outs.
After achieving his architectural registration, Paul’s desire to expand his knowledge of architecture within the built environment stimulated his career. He joined a Construction Management team, building architecturally and technologically advanced buildings for Princeton University.
His strong connection with Philadelphia found him working with developers in the East Market section of the city on a mixed-use commercial and residential high-rise, refurbishing hotels and managing high-end interior fit-outs.
Paul is a graduate from Temple University’s School of Architecture. He enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the city and playing guitar.
Senior Project Executive
Jennifer’s expertise comes from over sixteen years in the lighting and controls industry. In that time, she has excelled at project coordination, project management, quotations, sales, specifications, design and account management
Jennifer’s forward thinking and tenacity make her the first choice for the success of any construction project.
Her formidable knowledge of construction extends to her personal life: one of her favorite activities is hands-on remodeling of her home.
Sheri has over fifteen years of experience in the lighting industry as an account representative and lighting consultant. She works closely with designers, architects, builders, contractors and electricians. Her expertise extends to both the residential and commercial spheres.
Her previous employers include Marty Berman and Associates and Yale Lighting Concepts and Design.
Sheri is a graduate of Temple University. When not providing the very best lighting solutions, she enjoys time with her husband and two children.
Jessica Weldon brings her love of accuracy to her position as Encore Group’s Financial Coordinator.
Previously, Jessica worked at Abington School District for eleven years, where she managed processes for hiring, payroll, and employee onboarding, and implemented a new computer system for student registration and grading. She also served on the emergency management planning team for safer schools.
In her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, and her beautiful new granddaughter and of course, rooting for the Philadelphia EAGLES!
